“Young people” are central figures in the Maritime Quarter in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean. Discussed daily, they find themselves stereotyped by politicians and have become an important issue.
Although their image is weakened, these young people are the very essence of the nonprofit organisations working in the area, giving the topic a fundamental duality.

Young people are both safeguarded and required, we are witnessing competition between different political factions and social groups where young people take on a sacred significance, being the sole decision makes of everyone’s future.
